In 2025, I lost the love of my life. The first year was a blur of grief groceries I couldn't eat, advice that didn't fit, and a body that felt completely foreign. I'm a health coach. I knew what I was supposed to do. And I still couldn't do any of it.


What I've learned since (from my own journey, and from the widows I've walked alongside) is that nobody was talking about what actually happens to your body when grief hits while you're in perimenopause. The sleep that won't come. The weight that won't budge. The fog that won't lift. The way your hormones make grief feel even heavier than it already is.


So I built this space. Because women going through both deserved to feel in control again.

Nobody else is doing this... So I had to.

Search for grief support, and you'll find grief support. Search for perimenopause help, and you'll find perimenopause help. But the intersection — what happens when you're grieving AND your hormones are shifting AND your body is changing AND everyone around you expects you to "just take care of yourself" — almost no one is addressing that.


The research barely exists. The clinical protocols don't account for it. The widow groups don't talk about hormones. The perimenopause programs don't understand grief.
