Hi, I'm Jenn

Widow. Health coach. The person who built what she wished existed when she needed it.

My Story

I've been a health coach for years. I've worked with women navigating perimenopause, weight changes, energy crashes, and all the ways our bodies start doing things we don't recognize in midlife.

And then in 2025, I lost my husband suddenly and without warning.

Everything I knew about health coaching collided with a level of grief I couldn't think my way through. I was my own worst client that first year. I knew what to eat. I didn't eat it. I knew how to move my body. I didn't. I knew sleep mattered more than anything. I couldn't sleep.

And on top of all of it — the perimenopause symptoms I'd been managing got louder. The hormones that had already been volatile got worse under grief. Nothing I'd learned as a coach accounted for the compound effect of those two things happening at once. So I had to figure it out myself.

What brought me back wasn't a protocol. It was a slow rebuild — one that honored both the widow and the woman in perimenopause I had become. Nutrition that actually fit the body I had now. Movement that met me where I was, not where I used to be. Space for the grief alongside the healing.

Now I help other widows do the same. Because nobody should have to figure out the widow-plus-perimenopause intersection alone the way I did — and nobody should have to choose between tending their grief and tending their body. You deserve both.

Who We Are

We’re a life coaching practice rooted in the belief that real change begins with clarity, self-awareness, and support. Our mission is to help individuals move beyond doubt, overwhelm, and uncertainty — and into lives that feel purposeful, confident, and aligned.

Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, seeking deeper fulfillment, or simply ready to reconnect with yourself, our coaching process is designed to meet you where you are. Through honest conversations, proven tools, and compassionate guidance, we help you uncover your goals, shift your mindset, and take meaningful action.

We’re not here to tell you who to be — we’re here to walk beside you as you become the version of yourself you’ve always known was possible.

What I Won't Do...

I won't ask you to "move on."

I won't tell you that grief has stages you're supposed to complete.

I won't hand you a protocol and expect you to follow it on the days you can't even get out of bed.

I won't pretend perimenopause and grief are two separate problems because in your body, they're not.

I'll meet you where you actually are. We'll figure out the next small thing from there.

What I Believe

"Just take care of yourself" is not a plan.

You need a real roadmap, built for where you actually are — not where well-meaning people wish you were.

You can find joy again without betraying your person.

Laughing doesn't mean you've forgotten. Feeling good doesn't mean you've moved on. It means you're alive, and you're allowed to be.

Community changes everything.

Being surrounded by women who actually get it — both the grief AND the hormones — is worth more than any protocol I could hand you.

Am I the right person for you?

I'm a wellness coach, not a therapist or a medical provider.

If you need clinical support for your grief, your mental health, or your physical health, I'll help you find it (and we can work alongside that). My work is on the body, habits, and daily wellbeing side. That's the part most grief support doesn't touch and most wellness programs don't understand for a widow in perimenopause.

My Philosophy

Holistic means we look at the whole picture (nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, hormones, and grief) because you can't isolate any of them. They all talk to each other. They all matter.

I'm a certified health coach completing a holistic coaching certification. I co-host widow retreats across the country. And above all else, I'm a widow in perimenopause who figured out what it takes to feel human again in this specific in-between and who wants to save you some of the time I spent figuring it out alone.

A Little Bit About Me

I'm based in New Hampshire. I'm a mom.

I love essential oils, books I can underline, long walks, and the specific kind of quiet you only get at a lake at sunset.

My faith is part of my personal healing journey, though this work is for widows of every background.

And I have very strong feelings about grief groceries. (Please, not another frozen pizza or bag of oreos.)
